New hotel in the recently built district of Ollantaytambo. Nice garden with a beautiful view on the surrounding Incas sites and tables/hammocks to chill out after spending the day climbing them. Rooms are spacious, clean with all services. The staff is very friendly and willing to share their culture and help out. Very recommended. From Ingland.

"SO GOOD - HOTEL TIERRA INKA SACRED VALLEY" This is a peaceful oasis with beautiful views. On clear days snowcapped peaks are visible and you also look into the ruins at Ollaytaytambo. It is a family run business. Alex leads the team and is a fantastic resource advising and arranging all things from tuk tuk to village, cars to Cusco, dietary needs, places to visit and so on. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and functional. Clean and crisp. There are 10 rooms. Breakfast is included. I would recommend Tierra Inka with hesitation. Great to use as a base to explore Sacred Valley and to visit Macchu Picchu. Wish I had allowed for more days here. Next time for sure. Keep up the good work Alex.

"MARAVILLOSA VISTA Y COMODIDAD" Acogedor y lindo hotel, a unos minutos a pie del centro de Ollanta. Vale la pena caminar un poco para tener unas maravillosas vistas de los nevados y del lugar historico. Sencillo, pero rico desayuno. Además puedes saludar a la alpaca Evo! Un saludo desde Suiza.

"Excelente hotel, excelente servicio, excelente vista!!!"

After staying six days in the hotel, Hotel Tierra Inka Sacred Valley, I must say that all of my expectations have been fulfilled. Coming from the United States, I wasn’t sure what to expect as the hotel is found in a country foreign to me. Upon arrival to the hotel after a comfortable and easy transfer from the airport (provided by the hotel), I was unexpectedly awestruck by the beauty of the garden that is found outside. The countless species of beautiful flowers with the pristinely cut grass and the two cute healthy alpacas found outside were a welcoming site for a tourist visiting Peru for the first time after very a long flight. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by warm-welcoming staff (actually the hotel is owned by a local family) that – for the number of days I was there – never become tired in their service; they were always there to kindly answer any questions I had about Cusco, to provide for me whatever I needed for my hotel room, and to give me information on places to walk to during the day and throughout the night (for those who are planning on visiting, I have to let you know that it is indeed safe to walk around at night; it’s quiet and the beautiful stars under the sky likewise are a breathtaking sight to see with the backdrop of the mountains). Every morning, the American breakfast is a nice addition, and the hotel room commodities are also very useful. The free WiFi is welcoming for those who need to do business (like me), and it is fast for those who like to unwind. Likewise, the homey hotel rooms are cozy at night and during the day, and the rooms’ vibrant colors show off their modern style that also has a little touch of Andean spirit – a little different than my home country – but, in some ways more beautiful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat for those planning on visiting the Sacred Valley of the Inkas as its welcoming spirit and loving staff are definitely a relief after a long trip and an experience that will never be forgotten; not only is the hotel located right in the heart of the valley, but it likewise also provides access to various breathtaking touristic sites – like Machu Picchu, Maras, Moray, the Salt Mines, the Inka Trail, and the Pyramid of Pakaritampu.
